frying the tofu with water instead of oil MIGHT work. i am not sure if it will burn. you can omit the avocado as i did in the pictures. you can use leftover teriyaki packets from restaurants. you can also buy tofu and ramen in bulk. you can refrigerate leftover tofu.

3. fry on 2 sides until golden, usually 7-10 minutes for each side.
4. prepare ramen (any method), drain.
5. mix ramen, tofu, and sauce thoroughly to taste.
6. slice + add avocado. optional.
