It’s an honor to be asked to contribute to this journal. The saga of getting a state law changed. Every 20mph sign I see makes it worthwhile.
Great to see urban/village speed limits of 20mph and 30km/h from around the world featured in this quarter's World Transport Policy and Practice Journal, including the article on 20's Plenty on page 26. Thanks to Michelle DeRobertis for inclusion. bit.ly/402dWyZ

This was a great project to help on. They had both the budget and the confidence to skip the plastic post phase (except over the Caltrans bridge).
