As a historical organisation, I would have thought you have been aware that the 12 Days of Christmas begin on 25th December?

You'd expect a reasonable chance of winning a team in your division, even if not exciting. Fulham away, they'll play a few reserves and still win.

Away to a mid table Premier team is the least impressive draw.

This was going to happen at the last US world cup in 1994, and it was expected that it was 4 quarters instead of two halves, mostly for commercial reasons (with player welfare an excuse) as US TV couldn't comprehend 45 mins without ads. May finally be here.

Yes, because they should be playing more 16.4 over matches instead of County Championship games. I mean, what's the point if tests are over after 2 or 3 days

But we'll have another comprehensive review

Interesting to read. A couple of vicars have explained bit to me before about how it worked from their perspective.
I was wondering if you read the Merrily Watkins series?

Only Boro fans...

It was only Wednesday I was reading Boro fans on Facebook say he should never play for Boro again!

Exactly. It helped me enjoy the UEFA Cup games regardless of results.
Against Sporting when 2-0 down a dad left, taking his 2children, both of whom wanted to stay. He moaned about rubbish football etc. Several people tried to get him to have some perspective & just watch the match but to no avail

Like the number of times I've read that Assombalonga being the worst striker in Boro's history. Can't they recall Lee Miller and Dong Gook Lee? And what would they have made of early 80s Boro with Andy Crawford and Garry MacDonald!

I think there's a feeling that Premier League management on your CV opens a lot of doors, even if you failed.
Although sounds like it is closeness to family home which may have swung it.
Think it's a bad decision though

Lovely map. Vaguely recognise it as used to work for WAAS.

No. Just need a sharp knife and a spoon. A bit tougher than pumpkins but only took 5-10 minutes.

What about swedes/turnips? Here are mine, with some Soul cakes

Back in the mid 80s when we went out on Halloween, and when you had to sing a song or do something more than just say 'trick or treat', we sang this song at houses. Didn't realise where it came from.

I got the annual. All the stories inside were along similar lines of Folk horror

Time to place bets on him being man of the match and keep a clean sheet

It was the Conservatives who withdrew English teams from Europe due to fan violance. (UEFA then banned us too), planned to bring in supporter ID cards & considered whether the football league could carry on in its format due to hooligans.
And who was 'Honest Bob' supporting in the away end anyway?
