I'm currently at a toss-up between which is my favorite day to day home LLM. So it's either the new Gemma3 4B, or an unsloth Phi4-Mini 3B.
Both are super fast and really creative on my setup. More testing needed.

Protein balls are anything from 3.50 to 3.99 in most of the local coffee shops and you just have to realise it takes minutes and very little cost to make yourself literally dozens at home. A very healthy alternative too

So I run AnythingLLM and the latest version of granite as my model. I enabled the web search tool. I asked who won the oscars. It runs the search, Accesses 6 sites..then says sorry bro I am a language model not connected to real time data so I don't have any answer

Linux is great, I can easily replace 99% of my windows needs with it, in fact it's better in some ways. 2 tools helped me get this level of confidence as a non programmer. Warp terminal and ChatGPT, and I don't care if that annoys some folks. Stop gatekeeping

I've been running various LLMs on my laptop testing both LM Studio and Ollama+OpenwebUI and I'm at the point where the order for double the RAM just passed my Amazon basket.
i like the added functionality OpenwebUI brings, LM Studio is a better chat experience for me at least
