Although not cancer…have one of my kiddos that really needs someone to advocate for whatever she has (she thinks it is #MALS) as my most kindest of peoples, most fiercest adventurer, most resilient person that i know is also in need of resolving whatever “this” is.

In realm of "oh what could possibly go wrong": STOP THIS!
Easy to see where this is a bad idea:
- overshoot! you're dead!
- revert fails! you're dead!
- "black swan"! you're dead!
We only have 1 Earth!
There is no backup Earth!
This is not just a data centre with no #DR or #BusinessContinuity! 🤨

Easy to see where this is a bad idea:

Yet would likely mean that someone actually gets to where they need to be as the route frequency reliability is not there. In other words: service sucks!
I say try it…and actually confirm revenue loss. Who knows…maybe customer satisfaction might increase, leading to more users 🤷♂️

Whole vehicle culture when it comes to tech is messed-up: so much tech is available yet so little value to making roads safer.
Speed: my nav system knows speed limit but tech does not prevent me from speeding

Observed on Hwy 417 in rush hour in #ottawa ( in the BeforeTimes) reading a book *with* some kind of adapter installed on the steering wheel.

This would be perfect…plug it in, clone phone, return to owner, get warrant to unlock cloned data… but i think that it will be the insurance companies that will have to take the economic lobbying approach to address… oh wait why would they as this action might cause insurance rates to come down.

The best are those who drive around in tech-heavy vehicles yet are just too dumb to use the in-car system or Blue-effing-tooth to make/take calls.
