-Full Senate vote- passes:
-The Felon will Veto
-Then House will vote, need 290 to override- passes:
-Then Senate votes, need 66 votes- passes:
-Becomes law
-Files released
-Sh*t hits fan

I'm fully expecting The Felon will blanket pardon everyone who "worked for or took orders from" his administration. The way some of his minions are acting it seems like they already know this or believe it could be true.
However, those pardons won't cover international war crimes...
