I'm bemused by US politics. My current WTF moment is the way a president can intervene in the legal system with a swathe of pardons. Trump will too, no doubt, with his own subjective pick of pardons for people duly convicted or potentially charged. Feudalism.

Snowy 2.0 and grid connection was announced as a $4 billion project by Malcolm Turnbull in 2017. That's now $17 billion and still 3 years out from completion in 2028.
Imagine the cost of nuclear power if that escalates at the same rate - 4 to 5 times above Duttons estimates.
