This is a *huge* deal for our state. And not in a good way.

The Coast Guard wants to remove or alter more than 150 navigational markers along Maine's coast.

They say using new technologies will “modernize” our navigation systems. But if safety is the top priority, wouldn’t you want both? (1/3)

Very unwise to remove Navigation Aids of any kind.
Crashing the economy and literally running maritime businesses aground!

Deporting a two year old US citizen? Does anyone else have a problem with that?

To my brethren in aviation,

Dear brothers and sisters,
We who are licensed by the DOT to pilot and maintain aircraft have an obligation to follow the rules. It's called Federal Aviation Regulations. Right now aircraft are being used for illegal deportations. Refuse to allow it! A.O.G.

Last night at the Governor’s Residence, we experienced an attack not just on our family, but on the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

This kind of violence has become far too common in our society, and it has to stop.

Donald Trump wants everyone to cave to him. He wants his executive orders to carry the force of law. But that’s not how our democracy works.

I fully support Governor Mills and Attorney General Frey for standing their ground.

The SAVE Act isn’t about “election integrity.” It’s about making it harder for people to vote.

Republicans want more obstacles at the ballot box, even if it means blocking 69 million married women from registering just because they changed their last name.

I’m voting NO on this terrible bill.

Nearly every medicine we benefit from started with NIH-funded research. Early discovery work starts in academia.

Immunotherapies?
Gene therapy for rare diseases?
Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s medicines?
Vaccines?
Novel cancer treatments?
Psychiatric medicines?

You betcha.
