(end credits scene inspired me to sign up with the local film co-op, which then got me into (short) film scoring, which then got me into video game audio, and while it's no longer my 9-5, it's still a big part of me. The people I've met have been truly wonderful.

I was just reminded of a time a few years ago where I had had to explain to the lead designer of an "up-and-coming AAA FPS", who was a veteran, how you can't actually make gunfire too loud, or at least not as loud as it is IRL unless everything else in-game is whisper quiet.

The real way to ensure that I move from Twitter to Bluesky efficiently and quickly is to switch Twitter to light mode but keep Bluesky in dark mode.

Bluesky is already so much better than twitter has become. I mean it even smells better...

Welp, I'm here now. I'm still on Twitter, but this is already such a better yet still familiar experience that I'll likely just move over here.
