An Amalfi martini is gin, limoncello, and lemon juice, in a 4:3:1 ratio, with some mint leaves muddled in the shaker. Lovely if you like your limoncello

A rosita is: 3 parts tequila, 1 part each campari, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth, with angostura bitters. Strong. A very adult-tasting drink, if you know what I mean. I like 'em.

As recently recommended by Nigella Lawson. They're equal parts genever, cointreau, and dry vermouth, with orange bitters. Very nice indeed!
