Steve started to mention it and got sidetracked, but we WERE sold hope. We were sold a team that would take a step back BUT be heavy, scrappy and punishing

How does a team missing their 1A goalie, their top defensive defenseman, and their top offensive forward look and play the exact same without them?
In a good system this is great, but this clearly shows a deployment or systems issue, making every player the same instead of using their strengths
