An early retiree. I enjoy walking most days, eating out at least once a week, cooking, playing video games, watching films and trying new experiences when the opportunity arises.
I also have this single with 4 tracks on it.

Not my favourite punk band, but I liked them enough to buy their album.😊

This proves that even deprived council estates have their moments.

This is a 10 million dollar yacht. If Elon Musk receives 1 trillion dollar pay package he can buy 100,000 of them. Bonkers!

In complete contrast, these could be used to remove teeth.

If you live in the UK, don't buy these dental flossing sticks. They will snap as shown the first time you apply any pressure. Waste of money!

I was given this right-handed cake cutting fork at the café, but despite being left-handed I managed to successfully carve up my slice of pecan pie with relative ease.😁

Picked around 1/2 kilo of these sweet chestnuts on my walk to the pub. Going to try roasting them this evening. I first have to put them in water. If they float they are bad and if they sink they are good. A bit like witches in medieval times. 😁

When I saw this sign I thought this is going to be a good experience. What I quickly discovered was the depressing sight of fly tipping. An area designated for the benefit of local people desecrated by local scum bags. People who don't give a fuck about anyone or anything but themselves. Disgusting!

I visited Warwick Castle today which Madam Tussaud's runs now. During one of the free guided tours of the Castle's state rooms, Oliver Cromwell was staring directly at me. A little unnerving I can tell you.

Each doorway was made 60cms less wide to give the perception of a larger building to guests.

I thought I'd celebrate it being Wednesday with a rare treat.

This must be the satisfying part.

I'm no roofer but shouldn't you install the insulation after the roof is finished?
Maybe they're putting in the lower level insulation in first to make it easier to fix into place after the roof is finished. Just a guess.

The house opposite is providing the entertainment today. They must have nerves of steel.

Pay attention Americans!

It was good to see police officers passing me on dirt bikes yesterday. This is the best way to combat the increasing number of balaclava clad teenagers riding stolen motorbikes/scooters around the housing estates. They have become a real menace in the last 18 months.

Just purchased these two beauties from the British Heart Foundation charity shop for 3 quid each.🤩

On my recent 3 day break to the Lake District I Decided to use this camera instead of my smart phone. The outdoor pictures came out with a more realistic colour palette but were more difficult to frame & selfies were impossible without help. The optical lens gave better results when zooming though.

You have to choose. Are they hobbits or is the litter bin stupidly large?
