OK, so our "Secretary of War" currently has two big priorities: (1) murdering innocent fishermen in the Caribbean, and (2) endangering the lives of commuters in Southern California.
Perhaps, we are seeing one of the downsides to having a drunk TV talk show chatterbox running our military.

So the Met (Police) found out some years ago that there was a culture of racism, sexism and homophobia (shock horror)
As a result, they set up diversity training for officers.
A few years later, we are now shocked that racists sent on a diversity course are still racist afterwards...
