Amaran is/was part of Aputure, which has become one of the most respected LED brands. I have always been impressed with their light and build quality. If you have some time to nerd out about LEDs I would check out the Aputure BLAIR system.

The amount of compute power to make this even close to real time would be astronomical. I guarantee making this “demo” probably took a day or two of rendering prompts and then editing them together.
