I count 8/20 desks in the families section that are actually manned. There are at least 10 kids so exhausted they are bawling their eyes out. Very lucky we got the pram at the gate.

@STN_Airport @UKBorder The passport queue at Stansted is an absolute disgrace. This is the ‘young families’ line. No excuse for this beyond indifference and incompetence. Why must everything the @ukhomeoffice does make the U.K. that bit shittier?
