Car occupants lead the way when it comes to organ donors. And they are far better protected when they crash, so way better chance of survival. Car drivers massively more dangerous to all road users, the odd motorcyclist might ride suicidally, but it's distracted car drivers I warn my kids about.

Yep, data elsewhere suggests there's far more to it than some think. More people simply struggling to conceive too? IVF unaffordable for many esp younger couples. If even countries like Norway are seeing same pattern, I struggle to accept the obvious responses many in the UK land on.
