While I personally feel that strikes when the sector is on its knees isn't a good idea I don't think VCs saying to the workforce that "There’s a sense of not living in the real world" is helpful when they earn anything from £200k+

I maybe wrong but I'm not sure how much more efficient & effective we can be in HE administration. We're already stripped to the bone. I also think after years & years of restructures & job losses that the term 'efficiency' means, in reality, one thing to VCs - more job cuts and mergers
