Our members shared some of their concerns about the Radio Teleswitch switch-off last year. Worryingly, insufficient progress has been made and about 100k households will not have been upgraded by the deadline at the end of June.

I'm quite openly critical of all the main political parties over certain things, including the SNP.
That said, Robert Leslie is someone who I've gotten to know and trust who shares many of my values. I'm glad to see him standing again in Orkney.

I have wished for a long time to see energy advice and support as an intervention at hospital discharge. The statistic that 45% of health care workers know they have sent folk home to conditions that will make them ill again appears to support this.

Unfortunately, Labour's Secretary of State for Scotland has refused to accept the Climate Change Committee recommendation to remove the levies from electricity.
It doesn't sound like Labour will lower our electricity bills anytime soon 🙄

Ofgem has announced that energy bills will rise from April. This is worrying as our new polling with YouGov.co.uk shows that nearly half of adults in GB expect to ration their energy over the coming months.

Had an incredible trip to the Alasdair Gray archive. I’d no idea how much was there or how carefully it had been curated to reflect his values. Below: his paints, a painting of his Riddrie home, his inscription on a chicken bone & a page from a ledger he found in a skip & kept as a diary/artbook.
