My favourite way to avoid this is with a long-sleeve athletic shirt that has the thumbholes. I own too many of these because my work was in the glovebox all day every day and it really helped

You had me until "more roads". We don't need "more roads", the infrastructure you should be investing in is for functional, affordable, convenient and accessible public and active transit; Ottawa is already so terminally auto-centric and the time to divest from this was long ago. 1/2
