Beyond his control. Congress has the authority to release the information it possesses, as it was a line item in the law. However, other nations also have similar information, and there is active discussion among them regarding how to proceed and the potential implications of releasing it all.

It’s good. Has a decent story line, good line up of stars, and left a good cliffhanger comparable to a cross between justified and Homeland set in Alaska

Half of the information will be contested, the other half will be released by the UK, and I believe Germany is preparing to go public. But there is a general concern about the methods that can and will be exposed in the gathering process, of said information and the repercussions
