And RT certainly suggests that creativity is related to the playful state (taking pleasure from the activity in itself), but also the rebellious, i.e. freedom..

When people talk about play, I think they refer to both of these states (unstructured as well as not being goal bound)

Have you seen a physio? I went to one, had loads of paid treatment over year plus. Went to the one at my GP’s, the triage service. He basically said “it’ll take a few months to get you in and they’ll probably give you a functional exercise routine”, so I just started building up the gym work 👌
