Crazy to see alcohol’s impact on HRV. First chart: December, lots of drinking. Second: dry January—HRV rises, plateaus, dips, then steadies within my baseline. Guess alcohol is bad, y’all. 😐.

We got to see our niece Hartley pull off an incredible performance as Tigerlily in a really cool feminist/anti-colonialism adaptation of Peter Pan. This kid is so talented. Can't wait to see what she does next. Definitely a proud uncle & aunt moment.
