Does anyone else feel like there is a possible the shooting of those two guardsmen was a setup? Going to send troops but no give no motive for what beyond "a targeted attack".

An entire collection of residential high rises have gone up in Hong Kong & I can't help but wonder if this is the same thing that happened in the Grenfell Tower fire but it jumped buildings this time.

I'm seeing people be surprised at how political the film adaptations of "Wicked".
The books are VERY political. I don't know how that transfers to the show or movies but it's mostly politics & social norms in flux as systems of power are changed & challenged.
It's relevant & always will be so.

There's something very irritating about the suprise in a mechanic's voice when they say "You take very good care of this car."
I dont know if it's because most people don't keep as strict a maintenance schedule as I do, or if because the stereotype that women don't do these things exists.
