And cozy jams and curling up in a blanket and pulling out my favourite comfort read until I either drift off, or it’s morning. Idk if that will help you, but it helped me when I was in that headspace and couldn’t call anyone to come over. ❤️❤️

I’m so, so sorry. I can’t fathom what you’re going through. But I’ve been in that headspace before (SI + insomnia) and one of the things that has helped me is just—intentionally doing something kind for myself? Like, hot shower with my favourite music playing, then putting on my nicest lotion (cont)
