I understand my parents want to keep me safe, but trying to keep me wrapped in bubble wrap - yet I work in a hospital where all sorts of people see and interact with me - is suffocating.
I can't even fight and find a way to go because it gets thrown back in my face and ruins any good feeling

Loses electricity and can't get out the house in time for a flight while on vacation
The gate to leave the house was destroyed
Electricity came back but couldn't leave
Traveled next day and all plans were disrupted and soured
Came back to work and the car breaks down after a 24 hr shift

What do i even start writing? I want it to be for me so deciding what to start with is difficult.
The history makes sense but compiling from all these sources in a way tuned to me is challenging

I'm so glad I was initially trained as a student in a hospital with lots of women consultants who were also surgeons
Because now, at home, there are NONE where I work. And nearly every male surgeon I talk to here keeps questioning if 'I'm sure?'
