I picked up this hand painted yarn while in San Francisco, and it reminds me of the bougainvillea that grew along the houses I saw while walking through Russian Hill.

Most recently I’ve been visiting with my apple tree and loving the delicate textures and colors of its blossoms.

So lovely! That pink is just luminous. Nothing so grand here 600 miles north, but my vinca is starting to bloom.

Oh, FFS. Lack of adequate ‘bureaucracy’ is a good part of the reason Zelenskyy still has a country to defend. Russia has plenty of ‘teeth’ but the tail that is is supposed to keep them fed and armed, and their vehicles moving, was withered and hollow.
