We’ve mastered the art of developer tracking. Instantly see which repos your developers have committed to 📂 and whether they include your dependencies 🔍—plus a wealth of other fascinating insights 📊.
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
What about those dormant or irrelevant repos? Are these developers contributing to other projects that depend on you? 📊 Our contributors table has the answer. 🔍 Get a streamlined view of every developer, and discover if they're active elsewhere.
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
Our metrics provide valuable insights, including activity rate, project description, popularity, and reputation scores. Everything you need to know about these projects is right here.
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
The status indicates whether these repos have recent commits, which is crucial for assessing developer activity across all repositories. 📊🔍
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
Table enhancements will appear after a few minutes for the first repos. 📊 "Engagement" shows how long repos have used your dependency. 🌟 "New leads" are repos that recently added it. 🔄 We can also track if people remove the dependency and mark them as churned.
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
You can track one or multiple dependencies. Every repository will be checked. By default, we search through several files, but you can add custom file names if we're missing any you need. 🕵️‍♂️📁
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
Afterwards, you will begin populating your list. 📝 The next step is to define the dependency you want to track. 🔍
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
🔍 Our discovery features are truly groundbreaking. We employ various methods to identify repositories that depend on your dependency, but we primarily leverage our existing database. In this example, we'll search for repositories using Remix. 📂
December 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM
OpenQ begins by analyzing a pre-selected group of repositories that we organize into manageable lists. 📂 Manually import these repositories or use our features to find new repos and add them effortlessly. 🔍✨

9/ TL;DR:
If you want to market dev tools effectively, the messenger matters. Devs don’t trust fluff. They trust peers, deep knowledge, and authenticity. That’s why DevRel is essential in the dev tooling industry.

8/ Dev marketing isn’t traditional marketing—it’s engineering in public.
You’re not just explaining what your product does; you’re showing devs how to use it, why it matters, and how it makes their life easier. That requires hands-on coding and deep empathy for their challenges.

7/ When marketers learn these, they evolve into something new: DevRel.
Developer Relations is the sweet spot where marketing meets engineering. It’s about advocacy, education, and community building—done with a dev-first mindset. 🚀
