Bien compris que c'était une citation (j'ai lu l'article). Et je comprend ce que vous dites.
Mais la phrase citée est fort douteuse. Si je la paraphrase et la simplifie on comprend que l'Ukraine a attaqué la Russie bien que celle-ci soit dotée de l'arme nucléaire.
