They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.

I heard from a friend on Instagram from the Midwest that said her friend didn't vote in the election, but got called for jury duty, which means she "voted", or someone voted for her at the booth. Any cases where people are getting jury duty but claim they didn't vote?
