There's a lot of alarmist things being posted by academics who seem not to understand that they have agency and can contact especially their Republican members of Congress who aren't going to want to see local institutions in their districts destroyed. You've got agency, folks.

There is simply no safe way to remain on Meta platforms. FB, Insta, Messenger, and WhatsApp are now propaganda machines that support fascism. I strongly encourage you to read this Reddit thread, track this dangerous development, and encourage all of your loved ones to get off of Meta immediately.
