Executive Order on Radical Indoctrination is glorified hot steam of the Lost Cause. Educators, parents, and all lovers of education won’t roll over and comply. We are prepared to continue educating “unpatriotic content.” We refuse to be mouth pieces of anything other than radical truth.

Came out of hot yoga feeling full of kindness, and saw this in the coat area. Know that your community is working and it is all critical. Take care of your bodies, stay connected, do your research, and make the time for sweaty flexy bliss.

Read that researchers have found that the older you get, the less hope you feel.

I’ve been digging hard into my practices of hope to make that not true about my middle-aged self. Looking for the horizon, where hope sits like a sun.
