I'm neither a scientist or an engineer, but I'm a tinkerer. I was wondering if my PV carport oriented south at 11 degrees would be more productive with a reflector that increased illumination like clouds sometime do ??? I'm at latitude 39 N approximately.

Recently I'm feeling unusually bi-polar. Not internally, it's what I see in the world at large. We have some dynamic, cost effective solutions to address our atmospheric imbalance, but we're for some reason unable to make a concerted effort to deploy them at the necessary speed and scale.
