The only times Ive ever played Iceborne and Sunbreak were the times I started from the the beginning of the base game and played it all from start to finish. Checking in every 3 months like an MMO kills my drive to play.

mobs are still there. but if one person has the quest related to proto ultima then itll spawn for all 3 alliances. and since thats a lot of people….it tends to happen more than not
