I'm considering talking to my doctor and my psychologist about trying ADHD meds again. My executive dysfunction is through the roof, my focus and memory has gotten worse since I got sicker and I'm lowkey hoping it would help ease the issues a little.

Our bathroom still isn't renovated, but we upgraded the shower so I can shower without assistance again and take my time doing it.
You don't realise how freeing that experience is when you've been dependent on others for basic hygiene for years 😭
And when we finally renovate it'll be even better!
