(One last thing, a suggestion for software devs: the *idea* of having a "chat" function built into your software isn't inherently a bad idea, but pouring unnecessary resources into making them AI based rather than just, say, an IRC channel users can share, would be far simpler...food for thought)

Obviously not helpful now, but to able to use Google in any capacity now without the infuriatingly-useless pseudo-answers, use Startpage (www.startpage.com) instead - its results (last I checked) come from Google
