I'd like to note that I send near identical messages to all of my representatives; this particular message is being sent to all three. Senator Padilla and Senator Schiff, I am thankful for your responses and engagement with myself as a constituent. Representative McClintock however is a disgraceful excuse for a representative. His insistence to ignore his constituents is dishonorable and a direct aggression to the people of California. SHAME ON TOM MCCLINTOCK. I cannot not overstate what a horrendous excuse for a man, let alone a member of congress, Tom McClintock is. I ask for my Senators to help guide the Representative to his senses.

The coolest thing I’ve seen today is that a bunch of volunteer public health professionals and developers have restored the CDC website from before January 20th 2025.

This differs from an archive in that they want to rebuild the links between pages and replicate the full website.
