Why? Because it's hella uncomfortable to face our mistakes, engage in conflict and admit our weaknesses. In psychologically unsafe environment's it's not just uncomfortable it's IMPOSSIBLE. Vulnerability needs safety to exist. #CircleofSafety #PsychologicalSafety

Values show. The root of burnout is often values drift. When walk does not match the talk consistently. When opportunities to correct course and repair relationships are avoided. #CircleOfSafety #PsychologicalSafety

I learned what the corporate "walk of shame" was when I provided a leader feedback they had explicitly asked me for. Instead of saying thank you, I was handed a box for all my belongings and escorted off the premises. #CircleOfSafety

To be honest, working in past for a company that says "we are family" what they usually meant was "we lack boundaries." This looked like unpaid overtime and expecting employees to be as dedicated as an owner. #CircleOfSafety #PsychologicalSafety
