Finished the main story parts of Pokémon Legends Z-A and the vast majority of side quests as well, so I'll do some little post game bits like the legendaries and set the rest to the side for later.
Overall a great step forward for Pokémon in characters, structure and story.

I’ve come to the conclusion Pokemon Legends Z-A has some of the most memorable and unhinged characters in the whole franchise.

There are times you get a character skin and you just know its going to be the one you use or go back to over all the others, so you may as well just build around them and forget bothering with the rest.

Finally got my budget Morrigan Aensland a win.
Also, I dropped an airstrike on the player with a crown, then did a ten story drop as Ghostface on the last player. The dropping attack usually whiffs, so crown victory royale :D

Grabbed this the other day with some rebought 😔 games at McKay’s (huge used bookstore/media shop with a few locations in NC).
It actually rather insightful and does more than that 1, 2, 3 stuff. It’s also easy to imagine Stan Lee narrating as you read it.

Mostly Pokemon Legends Z-A, but had the worst match in Fortnite this morning that I still managed to win. Always green level weapons and tiny potions from the whole match, often got chased away from good pick-ups.
Then I got good things in the last few mins rushed the last guy with a chainsaw.

I’d also add the new version’s font is way more legible. The actors are from the same kind of talent pool they used for FFXII, XIV, and XVI.
But on PS1, lines would be like:
“Blame yourself. Or God.“
vs. other versions:
“It is your faith that betrays you, not I.”
The latter suits the setting.
