This one should be obvious. Unions have been at the forefront of ensuring a healthy work environment for workers for centuries. Unionized game workers will have more tools at their disposal to ensure their work environment is free of stress and toxicity.

The report focuses on the legal/copyright issues around generative AI, but developers are also skeptical of the technology as it (on paper) threatens their employment.
Giving developers a say in how GenAI is used through collective bargaining would reduce this problem.

The report laments the lack of support for game start-ups from the Swedish state.

Unionen has proposed that the venture capital funds owned by the Swedish state allocate some of their unallocated funds (~$500 million!) to investing in game start-ups. How's that for capital?
