So if I ever make a joke about aoshu making my life better or saving me from a miserable start to 2025, I'm not lying. The game is great, I find the UI a lot easier on my eyes than the previous 2 games, and it has difficulty options that are balanced. I think I've recommended this game to everyone.

But I stuck with it. It was the first game I had completed, start to finish, in literal YEARS. It was the first time in years that I had wanted, no, NEEDED to draw fanart. I didn't care if it came out wonky, or cringey, I wanted to create for the first time in a long time.

Like, I played SMTVV for a literal month, for hours. I was into the gameplay, the story, and then I got the true ending and I realized that more and more I gravitated towards my little ship of the protag and Aogami. I had been dealing with stress-induced anhedonia before playing the game.
