Agreed. I would already be happy if catering for meetings would become vegetarian/vegan by default.

For sure - the collapse of the Amazon rainforest as a global earth system tipping point got a lot of attention and Brazil in light of holding COP30 as well. But I assume that socio-ecological tipping on regional levels needs to be more in focus now.
