He has dementia. Everyone around him knows it. They tell him what he wants to hear to placate him and avoid him going off the rails. He has gotten more aggressive and insulting because his brain is shrinking. He also most likely had some kind of TIA or stroke. That is why they did an MRI: Baseline

I think the real danger in losing Obamacare is, while it’s a lot less functional after 15yrs of attacks and intentionally damaging changes, a large portion of the population has just forgotten how much worse things were before it existed or were children when it arrived.
