So, if we assume that the criteria for a tramp stamp is "they didn't think too hard about it, they just wanted something sexy," I'd suggest maybe ekans or flabebe or one of the other flowers. But if we lean more "thoughtless" and less "sexy," I think the only right answer is pikachu.
