this has been a v long week and shout out to my wife’s grandmother, rest her soul, for her depression-era recipe that goes incredibly hard
recipe: *get a chuck steak and season with salt and pepper *mix two cans of cream of mushroom soup with some dry onion soup mix in a bowl *pour and spread the mixture over the steak *plop some carrots and potatoes (and maybe add some mushrooms) on top *wrap it all in tin foil *cook at 450 for an hour and a half
