Watching my already radicalized father go further down the rabbit hole of disgusting right-wing rhetoric on what used to be my preferred social media site leaves such a rotten feeling in my stomach

A lot of the discourse about the class war frames culture war issues as “distractions” unfortunately. Marginalized groups face war on two very real fronts and waking up to one doesn’t (or shouldn’t) invalidate the other.
