I was more than half way through my loom video when my computer decided to crash.

Thankfully I keep books next to me so I was able to read a bit while it was restarting and crashing again.

The best worst copy ever.

This is exactly why Dan Kennedy says...

No matter what your deliverable is, you’re in the marketing business.
December 16, 2025 at 12:02 AM
He outsourced everything else.

But he wouldn’t ever think to outsource marketing.

It was too important to trust an outsider.

Because of this... his company has built a cult following.

Did you figure out who I’m talking about?

His name is Dietrich Mateschitz, the founder of Red Bull.
December 16, 2025 at 12:02 AM
Nope.

Instead he found a factory he could trust on a handshake deal to manufacture it for him.

He understood the business he was in...

He knew it wasn’t about the product, it was good enough.

The real business he was in... The marketing business.

And guess what?

That’s why I like email campaigns… If you find your original idea isn’t resonating…

You can pivot quickly.

Although for something like AI… it could become cumbersome if each state has different laws regulating it.

Now that I think about it…

You know what?

Let each state decide…

Then maybe we’ll see if the bubble bursts faster.

What do you think? One federal law or each state decide?
December 12, 2025 at 4:24 AM
But I’ve got to question why?

I’m all for states rights and shrinking federal government as much as possible.

In fact I think that’s what makes this country so great…

Each state can decide how they want to live.

Even with McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and all the big chain burger places with drive thrus.

“A pickle on top makes the heart go flippity flop!”

Gotta love the awareness level back then…

The bonus extra pickle on top turned a small burger joint with dolls…

Into a brand that’s still in business today.

I’ll be paying for a huge bonus for you.

All you have to do is join my list today.

I’ll be sending it out tomorrow.

Don’t go saying, “Rick, I know someone who makes money selling to local businesses.”

Not saying you can’t. But don’t expect the restaurant owner who uses Facebook as their ‘website’ to buy your copywriting service.

“You’re missing out on so many customers you could get with a website.”

“Sorry… We don’t want a website. Bye.”

Most local businesses don’t either:

A) care/value it.
B) Have the money to “waste”

Yes that how they view it… A waste.
