Also, though, it erects a barrier to entry for those without access to or inclination towards philosophy. You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.

I disagree that he's not standing up. It was a mistake to deploy state police to Broadview, but an understandable one: an attempt, thus far successful, to keep out the literal military. Everything else, he has shown valor and commitment.
