At what point do our (former) allies start to embargo the United States? We are the Axis powers of the 1930s.

I appreciate that they unnecessarily arrested him. If they had simply watched him stand in the middle of the room, it would have given his act of defiance no significance. Now we have an effective course of action clearly outlined.

Living paycheck to paycheck is incomprehensible to someone who could never spend his fortune in a lifetime, even if he tried.

Universities in the state of Iowa had to close their DEI offices because they didn’t “contribute to the enrollment or education” objectives of the school. Yeah, well neither do sports, but the state let them keep those. We know exactly what TF this is and I love how Colorado played it.

My new go to is the head shake of disappointment. That really gets them. I even got a, “So, you think you’re a better driver than me?!?!” I replied, “I could try to do worse, but I doubt it would work!” He just stared at me in confusion.

I remember living in Minneapolis and one snow storm dumped 14” on us overnight. The morning commute was passable, but everything was back to normal by lunchtime. Everyone had their roof rakes out after work.

I have several years’ of German (a bit rusty, however) and I’m currently working on learning French. I appreciate your suggestions and followed you. I had started the Darknet Diaries podcast, which can also be a bit deep and dark. If I come across anything else of interest, I will let you know.

Whether we still hold enough control of the ability to put things back on the right track is my primary concern. If we lose that battle, they have the capability to disrupt our entire way of life, including democracy itself. What is at stake and the way it is currently playing out is frightening.

I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and exposure to the field.

I fully agree that bad actors have worked at infiltrating our executive, legislative, and enforcement departments.

Thank you for referencing those books and authors, as well as the podcast. I will have to look into them. I recently earned my second bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and was considering a position within the fed. Obviously, recent events have given me pause to take that step.

It will be interesting when one of these situations inevitably involves intervention by some level of the enforcement community. They are sworn to protect national security, not guarantee access to a network housing classified data. I really hope they make the right call and turn the tide.
