This was the version (1350 capacity) that trump decided was too small. The original architect bailed because something larger is obviously so grotesque. But trump’s tiny brain thinks it will be more glorious if it’s EVEN BIGGER.

It’s not malice, it’s ignorance. Car salesmen like this d-bag are typical. Under informed, unmotivated to actually learn their trade, driven mainly to pinch dollars from every victim who had the misfortune of stepping on their crummy sales lot.

Unfortunately, in US journalism it is considered neutral to spread a lie, but it is considered "biased" to call out a lie. So, there is a structural asymmetry that rewards colorful lies with virality.
