Our nephew made supposed Michelin star recipe mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving. A pound of butter to 2.2 pounds of potatoes. 😳 It was, uh, a lot.

In a weird entanglement, I can use the same reply to two independent posts minutes apart… “I’m reminded of an interview question for my 2nd job after college. Was asked if I regretted my GPA wasn’t higher. Responded no, but wish I’d taken advantage of the time to actually learn more.”
